I believe the Latrobe Valley is a great place to live and raise a family and I want to work with my local community to make it even better.

Happy Australia Day!!Today is an opportunity to not only celebrate what is great about our country, but to also recognise the selfless efforts many Australians make to our communities. The selection of Dylan Alcott as Australian of the Year in my opinion is a very apt choice. What an inspirational person he is!!At a local level we have some people who have been bestowed with Australia Day honours including Beverley Holmes Yallourn North, VIC., for her service to the community of Walhalla and Raelene Billingsley Morwell, VIC, for her contribution to emergency services.Congratulations to both Beverley and Raelene and other recipients of awards that are being held at Australia Day events across our region today. My office’s most important role is to assist people in my electorate who have run into difficulty in their dealings with State Government departments.
Constituents with problems can visit, write and telephone my office regarding a referral to appropriate agencies. You will always find advice, support and the practical assistance you need.
